Marvel Shop

When Disney acquired Marvel, it’s online store had 1-2 sales per day. The Marvel online store was in much need of redesign. I conducted a site audit, the used the audit to create a high level UX strategy and prioritize what needed to be done in upcoming development cycles to have the greatest impact on sales. I established cross-functional teams in order to maximize efficiency and broke up the project into attainable goals divided across each team.

OUTCOME

 

The result was an entire site redesigned, coded, and released in a matter of weeks. The impact was huge and teams were restructured across engineering as a result. Sales went up to thousands of orders a day.
