Merging five companies together under a new brand presents many challenges. One of the ways to maintain consistency across all channels is to create a design system. A common resource for designers, content creators, marketing, product and developers across various teams and lines of business to establish and achieve cohesive design patterns. I created a design system and a center of excellence to maintain consistency, and strive for a best in class customer experience.
