PRESENTATION SAMPLES

A large part of my role as a department head, is presenting something to stakeholders, clients, peers, and communicating strategy and purpose.

Often done weekly, I’ve gotten used to using google slides, powerpoint, tools like Descript to effectively communicate and present myself and my team’s progress.
It’s rare when I don’t show up to a meeting with something up my sleeve to show- and while the less glamorous of design tools in my toolbox, creating powerful presentations and nailing it, is  typically what I do most.

Included are some sample presentations I may use, reuse, create from scratch and its likely this will be something you’ll need from time to time.

Please note: I’ve carefully changed / edited / omitted anything that might be considered confidential to past companies.

I will be adding video recordings as well to this space. If you are seeking a particular example, reach out, its likely I have done one similar before, and a good dept lead has these saved so as not to re-invent the wheel each time as many of the concepts are things we need for success in each role.

Hiring managers and prospective employers, this is a skill I had to develop like anyone else, but I enjoy being in front of an audience, and I definitely deliver in this area.
In my last role I was fondly referred to as “the client whisperer” by our CS and Sales team and won over clients like Chase, Capital One, StateFarm, and others.
